Spanish/Classical Guitar

With 20 years of performance experience, Chris is effortlessly comfortable when providing atmospheric entertainment and his extensive knowledge of a varied repertoire (which ranges from foot tapping flamenco trickery to sensual classical pieces with a South American edge) means he is more than capable of adapting his set to meet the requirements of any event. His repertoire also extends to more standard classical guitar works by the likes of Bach, Sor, and Guiliani. His vibrant and expressive playing creates an exotic and romantic atmosphere to suit weddings, functions, and events.

Having studied music at Goldsmiths College in London (a classical music degree and subsequently a Masters degree in Composition, during which time he studied classical guitar with Charles Ramirez), Chris is now available in the South West, Southeast, the Midlands and Wales, he is always very well presented, polite and punctual. He is also happy to learn pieces on request with due notice.

He has his own PAT tested amplification (certificate available) which is suitable for small to medium-sized venues or can be plugged into a PA system for the larger venues. He is also happy to perform un-amplified, indoors or out.
